All our Customers have a number of rights.

On installation a certificate of warranty, with twelve-month duration, will guarantee the quality of the product and its compliance with current legislation, and will guarantee the Customer certain important services.

Every Customer has the right to the free after-sales service on products for one year. Our engineers who man the telephone help line will answer any problems relating to hardware or software: this service operates 54 hours per week (office hours), including Saturday morning. In the event of a customer requiring an on-site visit due to machine breakdown, our engineers will act to resolve the problem within the next 24 working hours.

Our engineers continue to follow the working life of your dispensers, so before the warranty expires, they will organise for you at least one maintenance intervention to carry out all the relevant checks and, if necessary, to replace any parts which have undergone greater wear.

But our services do not just stop at after-sales servicing! Our Customers have the right to a year’s supply of digitalised images of cover posters of films in the catalogue as well as those relating to the monthly new releases in the current year. Once these images have been inserted into the program of the dispenser they are displayed alongside the title of the film which has been selected and also during the stand-by phase. They are, therefore, a vital tool for communicating effectively with your Customers.

Because we are aware of the importance of updating and accelerating the supply of images as much as possible, we have set up an entirely new system using the Internet . All our Customers have the chance to see and unload images and plots of films by clicking on the CUSTOMER key on the home-page of the site. The data is updated weekly and can be accessed whenever you need it.
